Lecia Kaslofsky

Lecia Kaslofsky is the cofounder and president of Lynx Insights & Investigations and leads our Investigative Services for Investors and Investigative Services for Lawyers practice areas. Lecia heads Lynx’s San Francisco office. She is also the president of Via Search Consulting.

Lecia handles a wide variety of litigation-related investigations and due-diligence matters. She regularly manages international investigations, including recent cases in Mexico, Nigeria, Russia and Hong Kong. Her clients include regional and international law firms, private equity and alternative investment groups, high-tech and software companies, real estate firms and nonprofits.

She is a frequent speaker on search technique and strategy and presents seminars to law firms, bar associations, industry groups and graduate programs. She regularly advises investigators and in-house librarians on expanding their resources and improving search results.

She was most recently the managing partner of the West Coast offices of the James Mintz Group, an international investigative-services firm. She also headed their intellectual property practice area. Prior to opening the West Coast offices, she was cohead of the firm’s litigation group in New York.

Lecia was previously the managing director and cofounder of Treasury WorldWide, the international investment arm of a Washington, D.C., bank at which she was also vice president of new product development. Prior to that, she conducted and managed research projects, specializing in investment opportunities in domestic, international and Internet banking.

Lecia is a graduate of Vassar College and the past recipient of a research grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
